  1. Open Reports in Dayforce Go to Fixed Format Reports and select Daily Coverage Report.
  2. Select the full week Use a Sunday–Saturday date range for the week you want to import.
  3. Turn on the required details Check Show Employee Details and Show 15 Minute Grid.
  4. Choose the Excel format Select Excel 2007+ (XLSX). Do not use the PDF version for this import.
  5. Download and import Download the report, return here, and choose Import Dayforce Week.
What gets imported Name, Shift, and Meal/Break times are filled in for each day. Your Zone, Sales, and DPT entries are preserved when the associate name matches.
